Hybrid Athlete
A dynamic blend of strength, stability, and endurance training. This full-body class combines, dumbbells, kettlebells, bars, TRX, core, and bodyweight work to build total-body control and power. Designed to improve strength, mobility, and cardio — move, sweat, and train like a true hybrid athlete.

Move & Meditate
Move & Meditate is a hybrid class that begins with a short strength or HIIT circuit to elevate your heart rate, followed by guided breathing and meditation. The class helps you build physical strength while resetting your nervous system for focus, recovery, and stress relief.

Kickboxing
Kickboxing combines heavy bag work and guided drills to deliver a challenging, full-body workout. No experience needed—just come ready to move, sweat, and relieve stress.
